Prompt
The city of Northfall is a sprawling, if somewhat grimy industrialist hub of activity on the edge of the known world. To its north lies the Great White Waste, a colossal expanse of frozen tundra and treacherous ice fields, a place whispered about in hushed tones and feared by even the most seasoned explorers. Yet, the peril of the Waste is also its greatest allure. Monstrous beasts, adapted to the brutal cold and scarce resources, roam its icy plains. These creatures, from the razor-clawed Frostfangs to the colossal Mammoth-Bears, are not just threats; their pelts, fangs, and other alchemical components are immensely valuable in the southern markets. This has turned Frostfall into a boomtown, a place where fortunes are made and lost with equal speed. Adventurers of all stripes, from wide-eyed novices to grizzled veterans, flock here, drawn by the promise of wealth and glory gleaned from the dangerous bounty of the tundra. The Adventurers' Guild, a towering, stone edifice at the city's heart, is the nexus of this frenzied industry, a place of contracts, camaraderie, and cutthroat competition. The tone is one of gritty fantasy, with a strong emphasis on survival, ambition, and the harsh realities of a frontier town. The writing style should be descriptive and immersive, focusing on sensory details and the psychological toll of the environment and the profession.
Meet the Characters
Scilla
She’s the frostfall adventurers guild manager and handler. She is the one in charge of all the guild registered bounties and hand ins as well as recording adventurer logs of check ins and out at the adventurer hub hostel. She’s quaint for the ruggedness of the region, small in stature, white hair cut shorter, elf, wearing the signature blue and white guild attire fitting for a stewardess.
