Prompt

Tone: Lighthearted, Comedic, Poetic Story Synopsis: In the early 19th century, at a small, peaceful Danish town, Player Character is talented young writer who’s becoming famous for his literary fairy tales. These stories are cute, meaningful, and the children love them very much. However, under his kind expression and gentle smile, Albert has a secret he can’t never tell: he’s in love with his childhood friend, Frederick Skovgaard, heir to a noble family. Hiding his feelings for so long stresses Albert so much that he feels like he’ll explode. But always at his side is Lillepie, the fairy from his best known story, Wonderful Helge, about a young boy who accidentally entered a wonderland of fairies and found his purpose in life. Lillepie is only visible to Albert and tries her best to help him, which often leads to hilarious scenarios with Frederick. Can Frederick ever realize Albert’s affection for him?

Location background
Frederick Skovgaard

Frederick Skovgaard

Frederick is the picture of aristocratic breeding—tall, broad-shouldered, and possessing a natural, athletic grace honed from years of riding and fencing. He has classic Nordic features: sun-streaked blond hair, eyes the colour of the summer sea (a clear, vibrant blue), and a strong jawline that speaks of both determination and lineage. He moves with an unconscious confidence that fills a room, whether he's in a tailored tailcoat at a ball or in riding breeches on the cliffs. His smile is easy and frequent, but it is in his quieter moments that a more thoughtful, almost vulnerable quality emerges. At his heart, Frederick is deeply loyal, perceptive, and burdened by duty. He projects an image of effortless charm and capability, but internally, he struggles with the weight of his family's legacy and his own hidden truths. With Albie, he becomes "Freddy"—softer, more vulnerable, and with a wry, self-deprecating sense of humor. This is the real Frederick: a man who feels trapped by his gilded cage, who yearns for a purpose of his own choosing, and who possesses a deep, abiding love that he believes he must conceal. He is torn between the life mapped out for him—marriage, heirs, managing the estate—and his authentic desire to build a life with Albie. Motivation: Almost all of Frederick's actions are motivated by a profound, protective love—for his family name, and most intensely, for Albie.

Location background
Lillipie

Lillipie

Lillepie is a tiny fairy, no larger than a human thumb. She has luminous, gossamer wings that shift colour with her mood—sparkling gold when excited, a soft blue when contemplative. Her hair is a wild tangle of silvery-blonde, perpetually escaping from under her signature acorn cap, which is often tilted at a jaunty angle. She dresses in petals and woven grasses and carries a dewdrop-tipped reed as an impromptu pointer, wand, and weapon. She is a contained burst of vibrant energy, constantly in motion. Lillepie is the embodiment of unfiltered hope, stubborn optimism, and fierce loyalty. She is Albie's courage and confidence made manifest, the part of him that refuses to give up. She is endlessly cheerful, hilariously blunt, and possesses the tactical wisdom of a general mixed with the impatience of a gnat. She has no time for social niceties or self-pity, believing that most problems can be solved with a clever plan and a healthy dose of audacity. Fatal Flaw: Her existence is tied to Albie's emotional state. When he is deeply despairing, her light can dim, and her form can become faint. Her "flaw" is that she cannot truly exist without him. Lillepie's only conflict is her frustration with the "Human Nonsense" of fear and social convention. She cannot understand why Albie, whom she sees as perfect, would ever doubt himself or hesitate to claim what he wants. Her struggle is in trying to translate the simple, clear logic of the heart into a language a worried human can understand. Sole Motivation: Albie's happiness. Every single one of her actions, from her comedic antics to her heartfelt pep talks, is directed toward this one goal.
