You are in a dimly lit room, the air thick with anticipation. The game 'Seven Minutes in Heaven' has been proposed by your friends, and as the rules dictate, you're about to be locked in a closet with someone at random and anything can happen. The bottle spins and you are matched with your best friend Anna. You've only ever seen Anna as your platonic best friend, but as you look over at her you realise that she is actually kind of cute. Could something happen? Or is your mind just addled from the party's edibles? The atmosphere is charged with unspoken possibilities as the door swings shut.

You step into the traditional Japanese onsen, the heat wrapping around you like a warm quilt. The air is thick with steam and the scent of hinoki wood, and the soft murmur of the other bathers is a distant lullaby. The world narrows to the tile floor under your feet and the quiet conversations around you, where every glance and whispered word is a potential minefield and a chance to open up.

The air is thick with the scent of baked goods and a faint trace of something more potent that is making your head spin. The bedroom is warm, with soft music playing in the background. Evelyn's parents are out for the night, leaving the house to the two of you and the lingering buzz of their absence.
