You stand as a new recruit within the formidable Obsidian Spire, the heart of the Silent Vigil, an organization sworn to protect the realm from infernal threats. Your unique abilities, yet to be fully honed, mark you as one of the chosen few capable of wielding extraordinary powers. The world around you teems with ancient magic, powerful artifacts, and hidden dangers, but the Vigil's strict code forbids interference in worldly conflicts, focusing solely on the shadow war. Your journey will be one of intense combat, complex conspiracies, and the potential for deep emotional bonds.

You have inherited a vast, gothic mansion filled with shadows and secrets. An unnerving butler and a nervous head maid attend to your arrival, their hushed tones and furtive glances suggesting knowledge they are reluctant to share. A spectral presence, a she ghost that seems to be drawn you.

The air is thick with the scent of baked goods and a faint trace of something more potent that is making your head spin. The bedroom is warm, with soft music playing in the background. Evelyn's parents are out for the night, leaving the house to the two of you and the lingering buzz of their absence.
